Terms
Eligibility and acceptance
The Odds Theory is intended only for adults age 21 or older. By creating an account or using a protected product page, you confirm that you are at least 21, accept the current terms, and may lawfully access sports-market information where you are located.
Informational and entertainment use
The Odds Theory provides independent statistical models, market information, and decision-support research. The Odds Theory is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not provide personalized betting, financial, legal, or investment advice.
No guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Model probabilities, grades, simulations, labels, historical results, and market comparisons may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Odds and availability can change without notice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for decisions made using the service, the amount of money or time you risk, and compliance with laws and regulations in your location. Do not use The Odds Theory where sports wagering or this type of information is prohibited.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and provide accurate registration information. Do not scrape, resell, copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. The Odds Theory may suspend or close access needed to protect users, data, providers, or the platform.
Discord membership
Continuing with Discord authorizes The Odds Theory to add your Discord account to its community server after you accept these terms and confirm you are 21 or older. Free community membership and paid product access are separate. An active trial or paid entitlement may receive a Theory Pro role; expiration, cancellation, non-renewal, or final payment failure may remove that role while leaving free community membership in place. Discord’s own terms and community rules also apply.
Trials, billing, and cancellation
If you start a trial or paid subscription, the price, billing interval, trial length, renewal terms, and cancellation controls shown at checkout or in your account govern that purchase. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. A failed payment may receive a limited recovery period; access may be reduced when that period ends or the subscription otherwise becomes inactive. Canceling normally preserves paid access through the already-paid period unless the product states otherwise.
Service availability
Data feeds, models, markets, and features may be delayed, corrected, suspended, or unavailable. The Odds Theory may change or discontinue functionality without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.
Intellectual property
The Odds Theory branding, interface design, research, model presentation, and original content may not be copied, republished, or represented as another party’s work without permission.
Third-party information
Team names, schedules, statistics, odds, and other factual material may come from third parties. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, and The Odds Theory is not responsible for a third party’s availability, accuracy, or separate terms.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Odds Theory is not responsible for wagering losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or other losses arising from reliance on model output, market data, or service availability.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Material updates may require you to accept a new version before continuing to use protected product pages.
